Michael Klinger
The original Michael, I came to CHWC after managing, tending bar, and serving in the restaurant business, Foursquare Restaurant and Vin Rouge in Durham. &Italian wines, and Pinot Noir, have been my areas of expertise, though I’m just as likely to be spotted drinking Loire Valley juice, Rhones, anything from Spain or Austria, Riesling in its many splendors, and bubbles. &As much as I’ve learned, from travels to Italy’s Piedmont region, seminars at Oregon’s Pinot Camp, tastings of California wines in NYC, and my studies for sommelier certification, there’s still a ton of undiscovered country in my wine world, and I look forward to learning more, one glass at a time.

I love wine. &There, I said it. &One day when reading one of the illustrious email offers my dreams came true. &Todd and Michael were looking for help. &I was willing to offer my limited knowledge of wine to the masses. &Thankfully, the learning curve continues. &And what great subject matter to study. &Thanks for letting me be your wine guy.

Jen Barger
I love wine, I love wine, I love wine. &After nearly ten years in the wine business, I continue to learn more and more about wine and I truly love my job! I first started in the wine business at Fowler’s in Durham with Todd. &Lucky for me, Todd asked me work for him when he opened his own store so I have been with Hillsborough Wine Co. since day one. A lot has happened in ten years. &No longer a single gal, I have a gorgeous husband and beautiful children that I love with all of my heart. &What’s in my wine rack? &Rhone reds, Gruner Veltliner, Red Burgundy and Barolo. &Cheers!&

Mike Bostick
Mike Bostick, or “Boz”, is the newest addition to Chapel Hill Wine Company. Mike comes to CHWC from many years working in restaurants in both Chapel Hill and Durham. During his tenure in the triangle dining scene he was fortunate enough to work with and for several very talented chefs and wine directors, including several who now have professional relationships with the store. Mike is extremely excited to be continuing his journey in learning about wine and the wine world here at Chapel Hill Wine Company.
