$255 / person (includes tax and gratuity) for an eight course dinner perfectly paired with highly rated single vineyard Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays.
When I first tasted with winemaker owner Evan Martin a little over a year ago I knew I wanted to showcase these wines at a dinner. I taste a lot of wines from Oregon (the Willamette craze is strong) and these wines offer something different from many I taste. There’s true sense of terroir here. Impressive purity of fruit, brightness and lift from minerality that really sets them apart and makes them so compelling with food. Fortunately, Fearrington House will be putting eight courses on the table for us to pair with!

We’ll be joined by Evan Woods’ partner and co-fermenter Jason Romero for dinner. Jason works alongside Evan in the vineyards and winery, and will guide us through these current releases with his knowledge and expertise.
