"The colour is light golden yellow, of good intensity. The record is brilliant, limpid, transparent. The wine has youth. The nose is frank, pleasant, of good intensity. We perceive a dominant of racy scents, citrus, lemon as well as this superb mineral definition carried on the flint. Great finesse, a well-structured body: the Riesling Grand Cru Kirchberg from Ribeauvillé has an elegant bouquet, which develops over time remarkable aromas, characteristic of marl-limestone soils. The attack on the palate is lively, ample and the mineral typed. A great wine, powerful, vibrant with a precise tension. The balance of this wine is typical of the vintage: fresh, tense and incisive. This Grand Cru Riesling is excellent at the beginning of the meal with a shrimp salad with lemon, a carpaccio of langoustines, slices of fresh salmon with ginger, noble fish or goat's cheeses such as Crottin de Chavignol.
