“The 2023 Coto de Gomariz combines 70% Treixadura with 30% Godello, Albariño and Loureira, sourced from old vines across multiple plots in Gomariz. Each parcel ferments separately, with some, like Figueiral, aged up to eight months in barrels. Intense and complex, it offers floral aromas of orange blossom, rose, verbena, citrus and tropical hints. Boasting elevated freshness and concentration, the palate is long and flavorful, finishing with apple, pear and herbal notes. Delicious.”
