Freshness is the name of the game here, with zippy acidity and bright citrus flavors. 80% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Semillon, this wonderfully clean and vibrant, but with the tell-tale exotic fruit tones that Semillon brings to the party. Besides the tropical fruit and grapefruit that I expect to see with a wine like this, there's a lovely herbaceousness on the finish with hints of mint and sage and lemon verbena.
