This small production wine is made by Eulogio Pomares of Zarate, one of Spain’s leading wineries. They practice organic and biodynamic cultivation, manually working their own vineyards and treating them as gardens. With intensity similar to Northern Rhone Syrah, this food friendly wine is well balanced and offers a superb value for the quality it delivers.
Fento Wines Description
Ruby red color with a medium-high depth. The nose is notable for its ripe black fruit, spices, and smoky notes, along with a mineral character that lends a certain complexity. The palate is fresh, with good body and acidity, ripe tannins, and a long finish.
