This is everything you want it to be, and exactly what you expect it to be – light, crisp and clean. Zingy acidity and flavors of passion fruit, lime and gooseberries. Hint of floral aromas add complexity. But really, do you need something complex here? Just twist off the top and have at it! Oh? A glass? I suppose… but what I really want is one of those hats with the curly drinking straws!
