Cinsault is getting a lot of love these days! It was once seen as simply a blending grape, thanks to its prolific yields, bright acidity and moderate alcohol. When cropped at lower yields the beneficial acidity and alcohol are combined with lush, full-fruited wines. This gem offers aromas of raspberry and red currant leading into flavors of the same along with delicate spice notes. Pair with charcuterie, pizza (the French love Pizza) and white meat dishes (chicken, pork, firm fish).
