"You could say that this is only Beaujolais, but you would be missing the point entirely. This sleek and concentrated red has a terrific minerality and very fine tannins. Wonderful aroma of violets. What a structured, silky and elegant finish. The second vintage from this new domaine, with 2.5 hectares of south-facing vineyards at 450 meters altitude with pink granitic soil. From biodynamically grown grapes. Drink or hold."
