60% Pinot Noir and 40% Parellada from vines as old as 45 years! Aged 18 months on the lees in bottle, like Champagne, to ensure the delicate, fine bubbles that are the hallmark of a great sparkler. Copious aromas of mulberries, cherries and strawberries jump from the glass of this tart, crisp, elegant, citrusy, dry sparkling wine. A wonderful choice for passed hors d'oeuvres and appetizers such as soft cheeses, fresh fruit and cured meats. it also has enough body and substance to pair wonderfully with white meats like chicken and pork.
