These wines are incredibly good, especially considering their modest price point! Nielson are Santa Barbara specialists. Helmed by local Anna Clifford, she’s brought her years of experience at wineries both in California and New Zealand home to make some absolutely beautiful wine.
Utilizing fruit from the Wente Chardonnay Clones originally planted in 1964, making for a beautiful and concentrated wine with loads of ripe fruit. There is an incredible balance on display, with just a hint of oak on the finish that plays off the wonderful acidity. This is a total crowd-pleaser that you should grab by the case!
