"I have loved Willamette Valley Pinot Noir for nearly two decades, and this wine feels like a throwback to my early days. Evocative forest-driven aromatics of turned soils and wet leaves mingle in turn with pine bough and harmonious fresh red berry fruits, kissed with freshly chopped mint leaves, all of it lifting from the glass. The palate offers excellent depth, and an umani core is wrapped in black bramble fruits, smoky sea salt salinity, clove, and piquant notes of bright blood orange: depth and freshness, a fantastic piece of work from James Cahill." - Clive Pursehouse

This forces the mouth to water, tapering off saline, sultry and lightly structured as whispers of licorice fade."

The shock-and-awe presentation begins with aromas of seared steak, grape hyacinth, dark raspberries and wet slate.
