100% Chenin Blanc grown in the schist soils of Saint Lambert du Lattay, Beaulieu sur Layon and Rochefort sur Loire. The vines Emmanuel Ogereau farms are all certified organic. This beautiful Chenin is whole bunch pressed and see spontaneous malolatic fermentation adding to that glorious creamy texture.
Ogereau Description
"Aromas of granny smith apples, white flowers, lime blossoms and citrus. Light in body with a lovely sense of flesh on the mid-palate. Nice bitterness balanced with acidity. Great with fish and fresh cheese."
