ooh… It tastes like Meursault! No it doesn’t, it taste like Puligny-Montrachet!
Take it easy, you are both right! That’s because grapes for this one are sourced equally from vineyards within
Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet! Blended together, this wine can only carry the Bourgogne appellation, resulting in an incredible value. Roughly 60% of the wine is aged in Allier oak, only 10% of which is new. The remaining 40% of the wine is aged in stainless steel to preserve clean varietal character. The result is a rich, round white Burgundy, but still possessing vibrant acidity. But take a sip, close your eyes, and you’ll swear you’re drinking Meursault… Or Puligny!
