"The 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon Año Cero from La Consulta in the Uco Valley shows a garnet hue, with only one-third of the wine aged in oak for up to a year. The aromas contain clear fruit, cherry, cassis and a hint of spice. Delicate in texture, it offers a creamy, intense palate with good volume, finishing with expressive fruit and a touch of orange.
