From the tiny village of Farges-lès-Mâcon. Henri Perrusset uses 55-60 year old vines planted in clay and limestone soils for this cuvee. Fermentation and aging takes place in stainless steel tanks, preserving the delightful floral aromatics and bright mineral accents. Ripe orchard fruits and a creamy mouthfeel combine beautifully. This is textbook Maconnais Chardonnay.
